• Edwin McQuiston

    Edwin holds a Bachelors of Science in Exercise Physiology from Baylor University and is a Certified Personal Trainer with the American College of Sports Medicine. Edwin is also a Level 1 Nutrition Coach with Precision Nutrition and a Corrective Exercise Specialist with the National Academy of Sports Medicine.

    With 6 years of experience in the fitness industry, Edwin has helped hundreds of individuals accomplish goals ranging from state records at powerlifting meets and first place trophies at bodybuilding shows, to losing 50 pounds and gaining muscle for D1 College Football. His passion is derived from the fulfillment he receives in educating individuals on the physiology responsible for our body composition changes, along with the proper biomechanics needed for proper, efficient exercise.

    Edwin’s curiosity and passion for physical fitness began when he decided upon the goal of gaining muscle after his final season of high school cross country. 100 pounds later, he has successfully competed in bodybuilding, and currently competes in powerlifting with the USAPL and is currently ranked in the top 40 in the country in the 105kg weight class.

  • Chanell Garcia

    Chanell is a Certified Personal Trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine in Corrective Exercise and Weight Loss and a Functional Range Conditioning Specialist. Chanell enjoys working with clients with severe mobility limitations, history of injury, surgical replacements, TBI, PCOS, hypothyroidism, and other high-risk clients who have specific needs. A former competitive dancer, choreographer, and fitness enthusiast who achieved a weight loss of over 56 pounds and entered competitive bodybuilding, Chanell has worked with more than 120 individual clients to help them achieve their fitness goals and create healthier relationships with food and body image.

    In addition to physical fitness, Chanell has 9 years of formal mental health professional training and has worked internationally with clients to integrate Cognitive Behavioral and Dialectical Behavioral methods into training, helping clients reframe perceptions of food, exercise, body image, and self-esteem. With her M.S. in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, Chanell is formally trained in trauma response, eating disorders, and individuals with disabilities, and has worked alongside mental health practitioners to provide wrap-around services for her clients.

    Jules is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer who specializes in helping clients see results not just from training methods, but by aiding them in altering their lifestyles to create lasting change and become the best version of themselves.

    Jules knows a thing or two about helping people get in shape. She herself has lost a staggering 100 pounds! So she has not only aided others in reaching impressive results, but PERSONALLY knows first hand how difficult the path is, and does everything she can to ease the journey for her people.

    Dennis McMinn

    Dennis is the owner of RDMFIT Personal Training. He is a NASM Certified PT, along with other certifications in Correct Exercise, Certified Nutrition, Women’s Fitness and Senior Fitness as well as Titleist Performance Institute Level 1 and Level 2 Golf Fitness certifications.

    He has been a trainer for the past three years after working a corporate job for Nike, Inc in Portland, OR for 25 years. Health and Fitness have always been his passion. He grew up surfing the Texas coast, earning a 2nd Degree Black Belt in TaeKwondo, competing in four Ironman Triathlons as well as playing down to a 3.2 handicap in golf.

    His main clients are 40–60-year-old male and females who work in the corporate environment and are seeking to re-gain their health and fitness that may have dwindled over the years of sitting at desks and meeting after meeting.

    He is passionate about coaching and helping people become fitter as they age and still enjoying life to its fullest.

    To date he has completed 1,000 in-person client sessions both at USAA Fitness as well as Evolution Fitness.

    He offers both in-person training sessions as well as online Coaching.
